Since having my operation last year I have had a lot of people ask me what it feels like to lose half a humans bodyweight, my answer, it feels amazing! I still look at photos and cannot believe that it is me. My whole life I struggled with not only my weight but also the emotional impact of being an overweight person, since making the decision to have the sleeve I have never looked back. Besides from the obvious positive impacts of the surgery such as appearance it has also completely changed my confidence, emotional outlook, general health and wellbeing and fitness levels.

Having the surgery is not just a weight loss tool, it is a life-changer and I will continue to recommend Dr Braun and his team to anyone interested in making this change to their life, the support from the office and also Elle’s online support group was amazing, being able to speak with people going through the same journey and seeing how far everyone has come is truly inspiring.
